Had an awesome time with friends! Close to the San Diego Zoo and water adventures like snorkeling. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend for its nice pool area and comfy accommodations. Just be prepared for earlier breakfast hours.

The room was spacious, clean with a mini-fridge and microwave for snacks. Good air conditioning and comfy beds. There was a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The breakfast included tasty pastries and coffee. Location was super convenient for exploring, but the noise from the street was really loud at night, so bring earplugs!

Family with kids would find it okay

A lot of unsavory characters roaming the area, especially at night, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning drained annoyingly into the sink, and I had a lamp that shorted out. Dealing with the noisy AC unit, which barely cooled the room, added to my frustration, while the presence of too many distractions near the hotel made it hard to fully relax.
